Ho ho ho! Are you ready for Christmas shopping? Let’s do this!

1. Drive by Daniel Pink

The absolute must read! Speaking to each and every one of you out there regardless of age or career orientation. Core focus are the 3 elements of motivation: autonomy, mastery and purpose.

This book definitely keeps its promise:

Drive will change how you think and transform how you live

Are you ready to discover what truly motivates you?

2. Inspired by Marty Cagan

From lessons from top tech companies to the right people, product, process and company culture this is the ultimate product management manual.

But most products are not inspiring, and life is too short for bad products.

How to create tech products customers love, isn’t this the purpose of what we, product people, aim for? Marty Cagan is your guy on this, trust me. You will finish the book in one breath.

3. Hooked by Nir Eyal

The hook canvas covering: trigger, action, variable reward and investment is the key to deeply understand the psychology of how products engage us.

A must-read for everyone who cares about driving customer engagement.

This is the guide you want to read before someone else gets a hold of it!

Obviously I could go on and on by adding more eye-opening books but let’s try to manage our expectations. 3 books during the Christmas break is a reachable goal!

Have you read those books already? What’s your view? What’s your top 3 Christmas booklist?

You know the drill: comment below, share, like!
